Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all Key Stage 2 pupils.
• Create a positive, safe, and motivating classroom atmosphere conducive to effective learning.
• Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil achievement and development, communicating effectively with parents and carers.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to whole-school initiatives.
• Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Demonstrate a proven ability to inspire and motivate primary-aged children, fostering a love for learning.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to creating an orderly yet dynamic learning space.
• Are enthusiastic about continuous professional development and eager to embrace new pedagogical approaches.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with staff, pupils, and families.
• Whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced educator (MPS/UPS), you are dedicated to achieving outstanding outcomes.
