About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to join a inclusive school located in Wokingham, Berkshire. This primary mainstream setting offers diverse contract opportunities, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, all with an immediate start available. You will play a vital role in enhancing the learning experiences of primary-aged pupils, providing essential classroom support and contributing positively to their educational journey. This rewarding role offers a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110, reflecting your commitment and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide targeted support to pupils, both individually and in small groups, across various subjects.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing engaging learning materials and classroom displays.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel valued.
* Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN) to access the curriculum effectively.
* Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to the class teacher.
* Help manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a calm and productive atmosphere.

About You
* Possess a relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Demonstrate previous experience working within a primary school environment.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with pupils and staff.
* Show a genuine passion for supporting young learners and fostering their development.
* Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
* Hold a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
