Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver bespoke intervention sessions to small groups and individual pupils.

* Create an engaging and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Maintain meticulous records of pupil achievement and intervention outcomes.
* Contribute positively to the overall ethos and community of the school.
About You
* You must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Proven experience in designing and delivering effective interventions across the primary phase (EYFS, KS1, KS2) is essential.
* A comprehensive understanding of the primary national curriculum is required.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and accelerating their progress defines your approach.
* You are adaptable and skilled at differentiating instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
