About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a forward-thinking primary school, offering a truly supportive environment. This is an exciting opportunity to support the crucial early years development of children within a dynamic mainstream setting. We are offering flexible contract options including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent roles to suit the right candidate. An immediate start is available, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £95 to £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide engaging support to children within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Assist the class teacher in delivering dynamic and inclusive learning experiences.
* Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all pupils.
* Contribute actively to the social, emotional, and academic development of young learners.
* Offer tailored support to children with diverse learning needs, including SEN.
* Prepare and organise valuable learning resources and classroom displays.

About You
* Possess proven experience working with young children in an EYFS setting.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships.
* Thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to school life.
* Show initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
