About the Role
A dedicated school in the Crowthorne area of Berkshire is seeking dynamic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors to join their team. This pivotal role involves providing essential cover across various secondary schools, ensuring continuity of learning for pupils. You will have the opportunity to engage with diverse school environments, adapting swiftly to different classroom settings and subject requirements. We are looking for professionals available for an immediate start, offering a range of flexible contracts including daily supply, short-term, long-term, and even permanent opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Effectively deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects to secondary pupils.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, fostering a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
* Ensure all pupils remain engaged and focused on their learning tasks throughout the lesson.
* Collaborate positively with school staff, adhering to all school policies and procedures.
* Provide clear and concise feedback on pupil progress and any incidents to the relevant departmental staff.
* Maintain a high standard of professional conduct and appearance at all times within the school environment.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant experience as a highly effective Cover Supervisor in secondary education.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, capable of inspiring and engaging pupils from diverse backgrounds.
* Your adaptability allows you to confidently transition between different school environments and subject areas.
* You are a highly reliable and punctual individual, committed to upholding professional standards.
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting pupil learning and development across the secondary phase.
* An Enhanced DBS certificate registered with the Update Service, or a willingness to apply for one, is essential.
