Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across a modified secondary curriculum.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to support a positive learning environment.
* Foster strong, supportive relationships with learners, promoting their self-esteem and engagement.
* Develop and review personalised educational plans in collaboration with the wider team.
* Collaborate closely with support staff and external agencies to ensure holistic pupil development.
* Provide consistent pastoral care and guidance to promote overall well-being.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to the secondary phase.
* Demonstrated experience working with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* Proven ability to manage complex behaviours with empathy and consistency.
* A flexible and adaptable teaching style capable of meeting diverse learner requirements.
* Genuine passion for supporting and advocating for young people with significant barriers to learning.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
