We are seeking professionals ready to make an immediate impact, with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £120. Flexible contract options are available, encompassing Long Term, Daily Supply, Short Term, and Permanent arrangements, with an immediate start desired.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored support to secondary pupils experiencing SEMH challenges within a specialist setting.
* Effectively implement individualised behaviour management plans and positive intervention strategies.
* Guide pupils in developing crucial emotional regulation and coping mechanisms.
* Actively promote and support pupils' successful reintegration into classroom learning and wider school life.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff, SENCOs, and external professionals to ensure holistic pupil development.
* Assist with curriculum access, adapting materials as necessary to meet diverse learning needs.
About You
* You possess proven experience supporting secondary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
* Demonstrable expertise in effective behaviour management techniques and de-escalation strategies is essential.
