Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
* Create a positive and stimulating classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
* Assess pupil progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents to support pupil development.
* Implement creative teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
* Contribute to extracurricular activities and whole-school initiatives.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching Key Stage 1.
* Possess a genuine passion for primary education and child development.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* Be adaptable, resilient, and committed to continuous professional growth.
* Have a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 national curriculum.
* We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced educators at MPS and UPS levels.
