This is an exceptional opportunity to secure a long-term, permanent contract, commencing in September or sooner for the right candidate, offering a competitive salary paid to scale. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic and effective Physics lessons across various Key Stages.
* Effectively teach Chemistry to secondary school pupils, building foundational knowledge.
* Assess pupil progress rigorously and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
* Cultivate a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and achievement.
* Contribute actively to the ongoing development and success of the vibrant Science department.
* Participate fully in wider school life, supporting extracurricular activities and pupil welfare initiatives.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a degree in Physics or a related scientific discipline.
* Demonstrable expertise in teaching Physics, coupled with a strong ability to teach Chemistry at secondary level.
* A genuine passion for your subject and an unwavering commitment to inspiring young minds.
* You possess excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate learning for diverse abilities.
* You are a highly organised, proactive, and collaborative educator, ready to embrace new challenges.
* Applications are warmly welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as more experienced educators at Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
