Key Responsibilities
• Assist teachers in the delivery of engaging lessons, preparing resources and managing classroom activities.
• Provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups, helping them overcome learning challenges.
• Promote positive behaviour and a respectful learning atmosphere, encouraging pupil engagement.
• Support children with additional educational needs, adapting approaches to ensure their full participation.
• Contribute to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils within the school environment.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to the class teacher.

About You
• Possess a genuine passion for working with primary-aged children and supporting their growth.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
