About the Role
Join a innovative school seeking a dedicated Intervention Teacher to support pupil progress across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This vital role focuses on delivering targeted interventions, both one-to-one and small group, ensuring every child reaches their full potential. You will work within a supportive team, making a significant impact on individual learning journeys from day one.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver highly effective intervention programmes for individual pupils and small groups.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, adapting strategies to meet evolving needs.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to integrate intervention strategies into daily learning.
* Provide constructive feedback to pupils, fostering their confidence and engagement.
* Contribute positively to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil achievement and intervention impact.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess proven experience delivering successful interventions within primary education.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of primary curriculum across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be passionate about making a significant difference to children's learning journeys.
* Show flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school setting.
