We welcome applications for various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent opportunities, offering a competitive daily rate ranging from £95 to £120. This is an immediate start position, making a real difference in young people's educational journeys.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary pupils experiencing SEMH needs.
* Assist in the implementation of personalised learning plans and strategies.
* Support pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviour management.
* Facilitate engagement and successful reintegration into classroom activities.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to foster a supportive learning environment.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting young people with SEMH needs.
* You have previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils, ideally within an SEN setting.
