This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Primary Supply Teacher to deliver impactful cover across various year groups within a network of respected schools in the Gerrards Cross area. This flexible role offers a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, with opportunities for daily supply, short-term, long-term, and even permanent contracts, commencing as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and pre-planned lessons effectively across various primary key stages.
* Implement robust classroom management strategies to foster a positive learning environment.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and participation when required.
* Collaborate professionally with school staff to support the wider educational community.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet the immediate needs of diverse learners.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within UK primary schools.
* You exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience when stepping into new classroom environments.
* You demonstrate outstanding behaviour management skills, ensuring a productive learning atmosphere.
* You are passionate about nurturing young minds and inspiring a love for learning.
* You hold an enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service, or are willing to obtain one.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
