About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Primary Supply Teacher to deliver impactful cover across various year groups within a network of respected schools in the Gerrards Cross area. You will embrace the challenge of ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining high educational standards, adapting swiftly to diverse classroom settings. This flexible role offers a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, with opportunities for daily supply, short-term, long-term, and even permanent contracts, commencing as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and pre-planned lessons effectively across various primary key stages.
* Implement robust classroom management strategies to foster a positive learning environment.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and participation when required.
* Collaborate professionally with school staff to support the wider educational community.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet the immediate needs of diverse learners.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within UK primary schools.
* You exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience when stepping into new classroom environments.
* You demonstrate outstanding behaviour management skills, ensuring a productive learning atmosphere.
* You are passionate about nurturing young minds and inspiring a love for learning.
* You hold an enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service, or are willing to obtain one.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
