Key Responsibilities
* Delivering engaging and challenging English lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Designing and implementing effective assessment strategies to monitor pupil progress comprehensively.
* Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to optimal learning for all.
* Contributing proactively to the development of departmental schemes of work and resources.
* Providing constructive feedback to pupils, guiding their continuous improvement in English skills.
* Participating actively in school life and extra-curricular English activities, enriching pupil experiences.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* You are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced educator at MPS/UPS level.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for English language and literature, inspiring young minds.
* You are committed to developing innovative teaching practices that captivate pupils.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships.
* You are dedicated to supporting every pupil's individual learning journey and holistic development.
