Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils individually or in small groups to maximise their learning potential.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging educational activities.
* Contribute to the creation of a positive and stimulating classroom atmosphere for all children.
* Provide targeted SEN support, adapting resources and approaches to meet diverse needs.
* Help manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect and cooperation.
* Liaise constructively with teachers, parents, and external professionals regarding pupil progress.
About You
* Possess a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Demonstrate previous experience supporting children within a primary school setting.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for children's education and well-being.
* Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to various situations.
* Be proactive, resilient, and capable of working effectively as part of a team.
* Hold a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
