About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join a exceptional school in the West Midlands. This rewarding opportunity is available on a long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent basis, with an immediate start available. You will be instrumental in fostering a vibrant and supportive learning environment for young learners, guiding their crucial early educational journey.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons tailored to Key Stage 1 pupils.
* Assess, monitor, and report on the development and attainment of all children.
* Cultivate a stimulating, inclusive, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and wider school staff to enhance educational outcomes.
* Maintain open and professional communication with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and wellbeing.
* Contribute positively to the broader school community and uphold its values.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience in a primary setting.
* Hold specific expertise or a keen interest in Key Stage 1 curriculum delivery.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for early years education and developing young learners.
* Demonstrate effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive atmosphere.
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with children, colleagues, and parents.
* Be a dedicated and proactive practitioner committed to continuous professional development.
