Key Responsibilities
* Offer tailored 1:1 support to a secondary pupil experiencing complex special educational needs.
* Implement specific targets outlined in the pupil's Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
* Facilitate comprehensive access to the secondary curriculum for the student.
* Actively promote and nurture the pupil's growing independence across all school activities.
* Assist in the development and practice of essential life skills within the school environment.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff and external professionals to ensure holistic support.
