About the Role
This is a superb opportunity to join a respected school within the Crowthorne area of Berkshire as a dedicated Cover Supervisor. You will be instrumental in maintaining the continuity of learning for secondary pupils across a diverse range of subjects. Your contributions will help foster a positive and productive classroom environment in the absence of the regular teacher. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual able to commit to long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even permanent contract options. An immediate start is available, offering flexibility to suit your professional journey.

Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, promoting a respectful learning environment.
* Deliver pre-planned lessons and activities provided by teaching staff.
* Ensure pupils remain on task and engaged with their learning.
* Provide general assistance and support to pupils with their work.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance and any incidents during lessons.
* Liaise with departmental staff regarding lesson progress and any pupil concerns.

About You
* Possess previous experience in a classroom or supervisory setting.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Show a proactive and adaptable approach to different classroom situations.
* Exhibit strong behaviour management techniques to maintain order.
* Hold a genuine passion for supporting young people's education.
* Be committed to the highest standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare.
