Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons across a range of key stages and abilities.
* Create an inspiring and supportive classroom environment that promotes active learning.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to aid development.
* Develop and implement a stimulating curriculum that sparks curiosity in scientific principles.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Science department and wider school community.
* Contribute to extracurricular activities, enriching the overall educational experience for pupils.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK with a specialism in Science.
* Possess a genuine passion for Science and the ability to convey this enthusiasm to pupils.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to high standards.
* Be adept at differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
* Show a proactive approach to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
