Key Responsibilities

* Foster a stimulating, inclusive, and safe learning environment where every child feels valued.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals to support pupil development.
* Maintain open and productive communication channels with families, celebrating progress and addressing concerns.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress rigorously, contributing to EHCP reviews and future planning.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate experience teaching primary-aged pupils.
