Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver outstanding Chemistry lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Assess and monitor student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback.
* Develop and implement engaging learning resources to support diverse needs.
* Actively contribute to the vibrant extra-curricular life of the science department.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Chemistry or a related field.
* Possess a genuine passion for Chemistry and the ability to convey this enthusiasm to young people.
* Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and the capacity to teach Science to Key Stage 4 and Chemistry to Key Stage 5.
* Be an inspiring educator committed to fostering a supportive and challenging learning environment.
