Key Responsibilities
* Offer tailored 1:1 support to pupils requiring individual attention.
* Facilitate small group activities, promoting engagement and learning.
* Implement strategies to support children with complex learning needs, including ASD and ADHD.
* Assist pupils with speech and language difficulties to develop communication skills.
* Collaborate with class teachers and therapists to deliver Education, Health and Care Plan objectives.

About You
* You possess proven experience supporting primary-aged children with special educational needs.
* A strong understanding of complex learning difficulties, such as ASD, ADHD, and speech and language impairments, is essential.
