Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across a modified curriculum.

* Cultivate a supportive and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
* Develop individualised education plans to promote pupil progress and well-being.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and support staff to maximise learning outcomes.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Demonstrate significant experience working with secondary-aged pupils with SEMH needs.
