Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective Physics lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Plan and prepare high-quality, differentiated learning experiences for all students.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Maintain a stimulating and well-organised classroom environment.
* Contribute to the wider school community and departmental initiatives.
* Uphold the school's high standards for behaviour and academic achievement.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) working towards it.
* A strong academic background in Physics or a related scientific discipline.
* Demonstrable ability to teach Physics effectively at secondary level.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and colleagues.
* A commitment to continuous professional development and innovative teaching practices.
* Eager to contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
