Key Responsibilities
* Deliver individualised support tailored to pupils with EHCPs.
* Facilitate engaging learning experiences in both 1:1 and small group settings.
* Assist children effectively with a range of complex needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language challenges.
* Implement comprehensive personal learning plans with precision and care.
* Cultivate a wonderfully nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.

About You
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting pupils with special educational needs, ideally within a primary context.
* Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of complex learning difficulties such as ASD, ADHD, and speech and language impairments.
* Demonstrate a natural ability to effectively engage, inspire, and motivate young learners.
