Key Responsibilities
* Provide consistent and dedicated 1:1 support for a secondary pupil throughout their school day.

* Facilitate the pupil's engagement with the curriculum across various subjects and activities.
* Actively promote the development of independent learning and self-help skills.
* Support the acquisition of vital life skills, preparing the pupil for future success and autonomy.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff, parents, and external therapists to ensure holistic support strategies.
About You
* Possess significant experience supporting pupils with complex special educational needs.
* Demonstrate a thorough understanding of EHCPs and their practical application within an educational setting.
* Exhibit exceptional patience, empathy, and resilience when navigating challenging situations.
* Possess strong communication skills, able to build rapport effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
