Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective French and Spanish lessons across the secondary key stages.
* Plan and prepare dynamic schemes of work that cater to diverse learning needs.
* Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to aid development.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of the MFL curriculum and resources.
* Support students' academic and personal growth, acting as a positive role model.
* Participate actively in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent relevant teaching qualification.
* You have a proven ability to teach French and Spanish to a high standard across secondary key stages.
* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment.
* You are passionate about fostering a love for languages and cultural understanding in young people.
* You are an effective communicator and a collaborative team member, eager to share best practices.
