About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Maths Teacher to join a forward-thinking secondary school in the vibrant East Midlands. We are seeking an enthusiastic educator to inspire a love of mathematics and foster academic achievement across all key stages. This long-term, permanent role offers the chance to truly make a difference to young people's educational journeys, with a flexible start date available for September or sooner.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, engaging Maths lessons to secondary pupils.
* Foster a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that encourages mathematical exploration.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
* Develop and adapt schemes of work and curriculum materials to meet diverse learning needs.
* Provide constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their full potential.
* Actively contribute to the wider school community and departmental initiatives.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are eligible to teach Maths in the UK.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for mathematics and an ability to convey its relevance and excitement.
* You are adept at creating dynamic and inclusive learning experiences for all secondary students.
* Your classroom management skills are excellent, promoting a respectful and productive atmosphere.
* You are committed to your own continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* You have a proven track record of inspiring students to achieve high standards in Maths, suitable for ECTs, MPS, or UPS level.
