A forward-thinking school in the vibrant South East is seeking a dynamic PPA Teacher to join their dedicated primary team. This pivotal role involves providing essential cover across Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, ensuring continuity of learning. We are offering flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate of £150 - £180. The successful candidate will commence as soon as possible, becoming an integral part of our thriving educational community.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across primary age groups.
* Provide effective PPA cover for colleagues, maintaining classroom standards.
* Foster a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse educational needs and abilities.
* Collaborate positively with teaching assistants and wider school staff.
* Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess demonstrated experience teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and behaviour strategies.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and pupil development.
* Be highly adaptable, resilient, and proactive in a busy school setting.
* Command strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
