Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the ongoing development and review of the Science curriculum, with a specialism in Chemistry.
• Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to excel.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the wider school community.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to embark on your professional journey.
• Possess a strong academic background in Chemistry and a genuine passion for the subject.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners of all abilities.
• Be committed to fostering a positive and challenging learning experience for every student.
