Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of engaging EYFS activities.
* Foster a stimulating and safe learning environment for young children.
* Assist individual pupils and small groups with their learning needs.
* Contribute to observations and assessments of pupil progress.
* Collaborate effectively with the class teacher and wider team.
* Promote positive behaviour and social development within the setting.
About You
* Proven experience working within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
* A genuine passion for nurturing the development of young learners.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.
