About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school environment. This fulfilling role involves providing essential support across various classrooms, contributing significantly to pupils' learning journeys and overall development. We offer flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, alongside a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110. This is an immediate start opportunity for an individual eager to make a positive impact within a vibrant educational setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging learning activities.
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups, fostering their academic progress.
* Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring their inclusion and access to the curriculum.
* Help maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress, providing valuable feedback.
* Supervise pupils during break times and school activities, promoting positive behaviour.

About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting children's education and well-being.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, suitable for working with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Have experience or a strong understanding of working within a primary school setting.
