A progressive school is seeking an inspirational Reception Class Teacher to nurture the foundational learning journeys of its youngest pupils. Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate learning experiences across the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and dynamic classroom environment that promotes curiosity and exploration.
• Conduct thorough assessments of pupil progress, tailoring support to individual developmental needs.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to enhance the learning journey.
• Uphold high standards of behaviour management, encouraging positive social interactions.
• Actively contribute to wider school initiatives and the vibrant life of the school community.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess recent experience teaching a Reception class.
• Demonstrate a profound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with ease.
• Possess a genuine passion for early childhood education and unlocking each child's potential.
• Committed to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practices.
• Resilient, adaptable, and a proactive team player ready to embrace new challenges.
