Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the Key Stage 2 national curriculum.
• Assess and monitor individual pupil progress, providing targeted feedback and support.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to effective learning.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance teaching strategies.
• Communicate constructively with parents regarding pupil development and well-being.
• Contribute positively to wider school life through participation in activities and events.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching in a UK primary setting.
• Possess a strong understanding of effective Key Stage 2 pedagogy and assessment.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for inspiring and motivating young learners to achieve their best.
• Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to high expectations.
• Committed to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practice.
• Able to work proactively as part of a dedicated and supportive teaching team.
