Key Responsibilities
* Effectively deliver pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of primary subjects to various year groups.
* Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive, inclusive learning atmosphere in unfamiliar settings.
* Adapt quickly to new school policies, procedures, and individual pupil needs upon arrival.
* Provide constructive feedback and contribute to pupil progress reports where appropriate for longer placements.
* Collaborate seamlessly with support staff and colleagues within each placement to ensure continuity.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your care, adhering to safeguarding protocols.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience across the primary phase.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience, thriving in varied and dynamic educational environments.
* Demonstrate outstanding classroom management skills, ensuring an orderly and engaging learning space.
* Possess a genuine passion for inspiring young learners and fostering their holistic development.
* Show a proactive approach to understanding and implementing new school cultures and systems swiftly.
* Hold strong communication skills, capable of building rapport quickly with pupils and staff alike.
