Key Responsibilities
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and activities effectively to diverse groups of students.
• Maintain a structured and engaging classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Manage student behaviour in line with school policies, promoting a respectful environment.
• Facilitate learning by responding to student queries and needs throughout the lesson.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your supervision at all times.
• Provide clear feedback on student engagement and progress to relevant teaching staff.
About You
• Proven experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
• A proactive approach to managing classroom dynamics and promoting positive conduct.
• Resilience and adaptability to various teaching situations and subject areas.
• Commitment to upholding high standards of student conduct and supporting their learning.
• Hold an enhanced DBS check or be willing to apply for one immediately.
