About the Role
A dedicated school in the Bedfordshire area is actively seeking a passionate Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary team. This varied role offers opportunities for both general classroom support and focused SEN assistance, making a real difference to young learners. We are looking for adaptable professionals who are keen to embark on long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even permanent positions, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive support to pupils across various primary year groups.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing engaging lesson materials and classroom displays.
* Offer tailored one-on-one or small group support, particularly for children with Special Educational Needs.
* Encourage positive behaviour and foster a stimulating learning environment for all students.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure holistic child development.
* Support pupils in developing their independence and academic progress.

About You
* You hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Possess a genuine passion for working with primary-aged children and supporting their growth.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You are patient, resilient, and possess a proactive approach to classroom support.
* Experience working with children with diverse learning needs, including SEN, is highly advantageous.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and contributing positively to a school community.
