Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning.
* Assess pupil progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
* Plan and prepare creative learning experiences tailored to diverse needs.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
* Uphold high standards of behaviour and pastoral care for all pupils.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be in your Early Career Teacher (ECT) phase.
* Possess a genuine passion for primary education and children's development.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
* Committed to continuous professional growth and learning.
* Able to adapt teaching methods to suit individual pupil requirements.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
