Key Responsibilities
• Support individual pupils and small groups with their learning across the curriculum.
• Assist the class teacher in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
• Prepare and organise learning resources tailored to diverse educational needs.
• Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress, providing valuable feedback.
• Foster an inclusive environment where all pupils feel valued and encouraged to achieve their potential.
• Supervise pupils during non-lesson times, ensuring their safety and engagement.

About You
• Possess a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, demonstrating foundational expertise.
• Have proven experience supporting primary-aged pupils in a mainstream setting.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Demonstrate initiative and adaptability, thriving in a dynamic classroom environment.
• Hold a genuine passion for fostering children's development and educational journey.
• Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
