About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a flourishing school located in East London, seeking a dedicated and inspiring Maths Teacher. We are looking for an ambitious educator to deliver engaging lessons and foster a love for mathematics across our secondary phase. This long-term, permanent contract offers stability and professional growth, with a start date in September or potentially sooner for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver dynamic mathematics lessons to secondary school students of varying abilities.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils effectively.
* Inspire a passion for mathematical concepts and problem-solving among all learners.
* Contribute actively to the development and implementation of a rigorous and creative Maths curriculum.
* Foster a supportive and stimulating classroom environment where all students feel valued and challenged.
* Participate in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives to enhance teaching and learning.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Mathematics or a related field.
* Demonstrate a proven ability to teach Maths effectively across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with Key Stage 5 experience being advantageous.
* Exhibit excellent subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for sharing mathematical understanding.
* Command strong classroom management skills, ensuring a productive and respectful learning atmosphere.
* Show a commitment to continuous professional development and innovative teaching methodologies.
* Be dedicated to nurturing every student's potential and helping them achieve their academic best.
