Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons prepared by the class teacher.
* Implement effective classroom management strategies to foster a positive learning environment.
* Adapt quickly to new school settings, varying timetables, and diverse pupil needs.
* Collaborate professionally with teaching assistants and school support staff.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your care.
* Provide constructive feedback on pupil progress and behaviour to relevant staff.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching in UK primary schools.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
* Be highly adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in different school environments.
* Show a genuine passion for primary education and commitment to pupil development.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
* Hold an Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
