Key Responsibilities
* Support the educational and social development of pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
* Facilitate small group work and provide one-on-one support where necessary.
* Contribute to creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Implement strategies to support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Monitor and record pupil progress, reporting observations to the class teacher.
About You
* Proven experience working with young children in an Early Years setting is essential.
* A genuine passion for supporting the early development and well-being of pupils.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, staff, and parents.
