• Observe and record children's progress, contributing to their developmental assessments.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education.
• Communicate professionally with parents and carers regarding children's daily experiences.

About You
• Possess a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
• Hold relevant qualifications or demonstrate experience within a nursery or early years setting.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Demonstrate a positive and patient approach to supporting young learners.
