About the Role
Join a progressive school in Buckinghamshire seeking a dedicated Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to enrich their primary phase. This pivotal role offers the chance to support pupil development across various learning environments, including general classroom assistance and targeted SEN support. We are looking for an individual ready to make an immediate impact, with opportunities for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even permanent engagement, offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110. Key Responsibilities
* Provide invaluable in-class support, facilitating engaging learning experiences for primary pupils.
* Deliver targeted assistance to individuals and small groups, including those with Special Educational Needs.
* Prepare learning resources and maintain an organised, stimulating classroom environment.
* Support teachers in managing pupil behaviour, promoting a respectful and focused atmosphere.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching staff to plan and implement diverse educational activities.
* Monitor pupil progress diligently, contributing to assessment and feedback processes.

About You
* You possess a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, demonstrating a strong foundation in educational support.
* You bring proven experience working within a primary school setting, understanding its unique dynamics.

* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils and colleagues alike.
