Key Responsibilities

* Implement effective de-escalation strategies to manage challenging situations calmly and constructively.
* Mentor pupils, fostering positive relationships and promoting their emotional well-being.
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible learning activities.

* Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to assessment and planning.
