Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement bespoke intervention programmes for individuals and small groups.
* Monitor and meticulously track the progress of pupils receiving additional support.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers to align intervention strategies with curriculum goals.
* Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment that encourages participation.
* Develop engaging and differentiated resources to cater to various learning styles.
* Provide timely feedback to pupils, celebrating their achievements and guiding their next steps.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within a primary setting.
* Have a proven track record of delivering impactful interventions across primary key stages.
* Exhibit excellent subject knowledge in literacy and numeracy, with a focus on foundational skills.
* Demonstrate superb communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Show a genuine passion for unlocking every child's potential and fostering academic growth.
