Key Responsibilities

* Accurately assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing targeted support and challenge.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance learning outcomes.
* Actively contribute to the school's positive ethos and any extracurricular activities.
* Maintain meticulous records of pupil achievement and developmental milestones.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and we welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) through to experienced teachers at Main Pay Scale (MPS) and Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
* Demonstrated experience and a genuine passion for teaching within the Key Stage 2 curriculum are essential.
* You possess an unwavering commitment to nurturing the academic and personal growth of every pupil.
* An ability to inspire curiosity and promote independent learning through dynamic teaching methods is highly valued.
* You exhibit excellent communication skills, building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
