Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver highly effective targeted interventions for pupils across primary year groups (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with class teachers to identify specific learning gaps and support needs.
• Create engaging and differentiated learning materials for small group and individual sessions.
• Monitor and record pupil attainment, providing regular feedback on development.
• Contribute positively to the wider school community and its commitment to inclusive education.
About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working within primary education.
• Have a proven track record of delivering successful interventions across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
• Exhibit a deep understanding of primary curriculum and pedagogical approaches.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Be highly adaptable, able to tailor approaches to meet individual pupil requirements.
• Show genuine passion for supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
