We are looking for an individual ready for an immediate start, offering flexible contract options including long-term, daily supply, and permanent placements, with a competitive daily rate of £85 - £110. Key Responsibilities
* Provide consistent, personalised 1:1 support to a secondary pupil facing complex learning challenges.
* Diligently implement specific Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) objectives, ensuring pupil progress.
* Strategically adapt learning materials and environments to enhance curriculum accessibility for the individual.
* Champion the development of essential independence and valuable life skills within the school setting.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers and specialist staff to ensure a cohesive support strategy.
* Accurately monitor and document the pupil's achievements and areas for ongoing development.
