You will be instrumental in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment for all pupils, earning between £145 and £160 per day.
Key Responsibilities
* Effectively supervise classes during the absence of the assigned teacher.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and ensure students remain on task.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
* Promote student engagement and assist with general queries during lessons.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your care.
* Provide clear feedback to teaching staff regarding lesson progress and any issues encountered.
About You
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You demonstrate strong classroom management abilities and can inspire respect.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and able to respond effectively to varying situations.
* You have a genuine passion for supporting young people's educational journey.

* Previous experience working with secondary-aged students is highly desirable.
